• Stainless Steel Direct accepts payment by shopping online with a major credit card, prepayment, or on approved established accounts, based on Stainless Steel Directs credit policy.
•  After our confidential credit application process, a company may be accepted as a “Business Partner” which allows access to special pricing based on the request for credit criteria.
• No credit accounts will be accepted by an individual .You must have a business name and valid business number.
• This Confidential Credit Application you can print off and fill out and then fax to our office at 519-940-3742 or you can email us by filling out the “Contact us” on our Home Page or call us at 1-866-940-5149 and request that a credit application be faxed to you. If your company has a credit reference sheet, please forward it with our credit application, only completing the areas that are not included on your credit sheet.
• All first orders are prepaid. If your company is accepted for credit your second and all following orders would be on credit account.
• Approved credit accounts are payable strictly within 30 days net from date of invoice. Accounts that go over 30 days will be placed in suspension and future credit may be revoked.
• Interest at 1.5% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts. Should legal proceedings and/or collection be necessary, Stainless Steel Direct shall be entitled to recover all legal costs, including but not limited to, collection and attorney fees and interest.
• Prices and conditions are based on f.o.b. Orangeville, Ontario. All freight on credit accounts is payable at destination, if shipped by road freight, or prepaid and added to the invoice in case of FedEx shipments. If arranging your own freight this does not apply.
• New orders with a minimum value of $2500.00 excluding freight will only be accepted for credit accounts. If your credit account is in good standing there is no minimum value on repeat or new orders.
• All credit accounts will start with a maximum of $2500.00 on material excluding freight. Any balances that would put you over the $2500.00 limit would need to be paid in full before product would be prepared and shipment arranged.
• Credit limits will be reviewed on a per need or request basis. If you fall out of good standing credit limits can be removed or lowered at the sole discretion of Stainless Steel Direct.
• Credit accounts pricing will be determined by calling one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-866-940-5149 or by filling out the “Contact Us” on our Home Page with your request. If emailing us please be specific as to the quantities and all part information such as part number(s), sku number(s) and name(s).
